Service Delivery Policy
Effective 1 October 2026. VPS Lane sells digital services only. Nothing is shipped physically.
What you receive
When you buy a plan, you receive access to a virtual private server with the resources listed on the pricing page. Delivery is electronic: the server is created on our infrastructure and the access details appear in your client area and by email.
When it is delivered
Most servers are created automatically within minutes of a confirmed payment. Some orders are reviewed by hand before activation, for example when we need to verify an identity or payment method. In that case we email you, and the review normally completes within one business day.
Cryptocurrency payments are confirmed once the network has accepted the transaction, which can take longer when the network is busy.
Access details
Your welcome email lists the IP address, the username and how to set or reveal the password. Linux servers are reached over SSH, and Windows servers over Remote Desktop. For security, change the initial password after your first login.
If delivery fails
If your server is not ready within 24 hours of a confirmed payment, contact support@example.com. If we cannot deliver the service you ordered, we refund the payment in full under the Refund Policy.
Renewals
Renewed services continue without interruption. Nothing new is delivered at renewal, and your invoice is available in the client area.
