Refund Policy
Effective 1 October 2026. How cancellation works and when you can get your money back.
Money back guarantee
If you are not happy with a new VPS, ask for a refund within 7 days of the first payment for that service and we will refund it in full.
The guarantee applies once per customer, to the first order of each plan type, and covers the plan price only.
What is not refundable
- Windows Server license fees once the license has been activated
- Third party licenses bought through us, such as control panel licenses
- Renewal payments, except where required by law
- Services suspended or terminated for a breach of the Acceptable Use Policy
- Transaction fees charged by the payment provider, where the payment method does not return them
Cancelling a service
Cancel from the client area at any time. You can choose to end the service at the end of the current billing period, so it keeps running until then, or immediately, which stops the server and deletes its data.
After the guarantee period, cancellation stops future renewals. Unused time on the current period is not refunded unless the law of your country requires it.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Where that method cannot receive refunds, we credit your account balance or agree another method with you by email.
Payments made with cryptocurrency are refunded in the same currency to an address you provide, at the amount originally received, minus the network fee.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank, so we can resolve the issue quickly. Services linked to an open chargeback may be suspended until the dispute is settled.
How to ask for a refund
Open a ticket in the client area or email support@example.com with your invoice number. We confirm every request by email.
